4. Gaming Chapter Real-time & performance

Milliseconds matter.

OnAir builds live dealer games for Betsson, Betway and BetMGM. A late bet reads as a rigged game, so I kept every interaction under 50ms.Latency

Thousands of players act on one shared table state. I batched WebSocket updates at the start of each frame so nothing ever tears mid animation.Concurrency

The server is the only truth. My render loop applies it once per frame, so in a year of production the screen and the backend never visibly disagreed.Real-time Sync

A casino table cannot close for a deploy. Every operator got its own Docker build with config injected at release, shipped without downtime.Uptime

At ICEO I was Norion's only frontend engineer for the first seven months. The wallet I built explains every step in plain language, never jargon.Wallet

I built the NFT issuance and portfolio tools for ERC-721 assets, wired into the same plain-language signing flow as the rest of the platform.NFT

The early price feed polled and lagged behind the market it claimed to show. I moved it to gRPC streams: 1000 events a second, under 100ms end to end.Transactions

I wrote some of the smart contracts myself, then decoded their ABI in the UI so signing reads as one plain sentence about what is about to happen.Smart Contracts
